Valid credit or debit card details are required to confirm a booking
Although no deposit will be taken.
You room will be available from 3pm on the day of arival. Please vacate your room by 10am on the day of departure. Late arrivals after 9pm by arrangement
Pets.
Dogs are welcome, except for bitches in season. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and should not be left unattended in your room at any time.
Booking Cancellation
36 hours notice is required for cancellation failure to cancel on time will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s tariff.
No smoking policy
Strictly no smoking throughout the property.
If any guest is found to have been smoking in a room a charge of £50.00 will be payable to cover the cost of cleaning the soft furnishings.
