Valid credit or debit card details are required to confirm a booking
Although no deposit will be taken.

Check-in 4pm to 9pm. Check out 10am.

Pets.
Dogs are welcome, except for bitches in season. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and should not be left unattended in your room at any time.

Booking Cancellation

14 day cancellation policy. If cancelled within this time, we will endeavor to re-let the room, but if we are not able too the full amount will be payable.

No smoking policy
Strictly no smoking throughout the property.

If any guest is found to have been smoking in a room a charge of £50.00 will be payable to cover the cost of cleaning the soft furnishings.
